A simple yet powerful homemade lemonade, where no expense is spared on the lemon juice… or the honey. Not too sweet, not too acidic: just the right amount of smoothness, freshness, and a hint of something moreish.

Best served very chilled, neat or diluted with sparkling water. Also a perfect base for a homemade cocktail.
