Josephine
Josephine is an entrepreneur and passionate about fermentation , curious about the places, the teams and the stories that are told there.
After several years in advertising, she opened her own restaurant, where she discovered the value of the field: the operational aspects, the management, the precision of daily life.
With Sourcé, she brings her attention to detail, her high standards and her taste for collaboration, through her encounters with the best suppliers in the region.
Its role: to ensure that each supplier has their place, that each table has meaning, for those who cook as well as for those who share.
Baptiste
A chef, consultant and screenwriter for culinary shows, he has been involved for over ten years with Top Chef , MasterChef and other programs where cooking becomes a language in its own right.
He observes, tastes and stages what the chefs want to convey through their dishes.
On the ground, he works alongside producers, artisans and restaurateurs to rethink the way we cook, pass on knowledge and share.
Sourcé was born from this conviction: that good cuisine is not measured by technique, but by connection, seasonality and sincerity.
