These soba noodles have been selected by iRASSHAi & SOURCÉ to be included in the range of essential Japanese cuisine! Long and thin, they are made from buckwheat flour and have a lovely brown color. They are cooked very simply, either hot in a soup or cold, seasoned with mentsuyu sauce, made of soy sauce, dashi, and cooking sake. They have a delicious nutty flavor.
