A light, smooth, and floral honey, harvested in the heart of the Alpilles mountains by Claire from the Miellerie des Alpilles . Produced from wild and cultivated lavender, it offers a delicate taste, fine crystallization, and a long, lingering finish. A Provençal classic, homemade, unblended, and unheated.
