WHITE KIMCHI

A kimchi without chili, but full of character.
This white kimchi is a mild, lacto-fermented version of the Korean classic: cabbage, pears, ginger, garlic, and a touch of Shrimp brine for depth. Crunchy, slightly tangy, always vibrant.

Perfect as an accompaniment to a hot dish, in a bowl of rice, or to nibble on as an appetizer.
It keeps for a long time and continues to evolve over the days.
