Thin, light, and crisp pasta, handcrafted at Mas de Daudet in Fontvieille, using durum wheat grown and milled on site. Lace-like in shape, slowly dried at low temperature for quick cooking and a perfect texture.

Ideal in broth, in sauce or simply with a drizzle of olive oil.
