A lively and naturally sparkling homemade ginger beer, made with fresh, locally grown ginger. Lightly sweet, well-balanced, with a lovely finish. It has just the right amount of zing, without being overpowering.

Best served very chilled, neat or in a cocktail. It will keep for a few days in the fridge after opening, but generally… it doesn't last long.
