A unique workshop to learn how to prepare a complete, elegant and personality-filled festive menu.
For 3 hours, we cook together three signature dishes using exceptional products, with an emphasis on techniques, pairings and finishes.
🍽️ On the menu:
– Semi-cooked foie gras with specialty coffee
– Mollèges chicken with yellow wine and morels, smoked potato purée
– Seasonal Pavlova
We learn to master cooking techniques, seasonings, and balances — and everyone leaves with their complete menu ready to enjoy at home .
