A workshop to rediscover plant-based cuisine in a different way: simple, delicious and full of meaning.
For 3 hours, we learn how to work with local vegetables, legumes and grains to create balanced and tasty dishes.
No imitations, no dogma; just seasonal produce, sound techniques and the pleasure of cooking together.

– Group tasting and sharing of tips for recreating them at home
